I go metal detecting on a field I've only previously done once or twice, with no success. This time things were different! Some nice coins and artefacts popping out of the soil.
I should have been away on the UK History Finders weekender, and was looking foward to meeting lots of people. Including @AngloCelticMetalDetecting but the weather put a stop to that. Still, a nice old silver coin can cheer anyone up!
.. and a belated birthday to @DiggerDanMetalDetecting way up there with the many great channels that inspired me to start recording my adventures.
