This 20-minute slow flow yoga practice is a self-love ritual designed to help you soften your body, release tension, and reconnect with your breath after a long day.
Using two blocks and a blanket (or pillows and cushions at home), we move through slow, supported poses and gentle breathing while I guide you to surrender tension and return to yourself. This is a calming, grounding practice perfect for stress relief, evening wind-down, or anyone craving a slower yoga flow.
This practice is part of Ama Gaia — a nature-rooted approach to yoga that invites softness, awareness, and connection back into the body.
