یخ نمیزنه و کشداره ، چرا ؟
در ادامه نکات رو دقیق توضیح میدم
مواد لازم :
شیر ۲ لیتر
شکر ۳ پیمانه
ثعلب ۲ ق.غ
خامه ۲۰۰ گرم
گلاب نصف پیمانه
زعفران نصف پیمانه
مغزیجات دلخواه
نكات :
من دو برابر این مواد رو استفاده کردم ، شما میتونید از نصف این مقادیر استفاده کنید .
شیر حتما پرچرب باشه و در ابتدا حتما باید سرد باشه ، ثعلب رو حذف نکنید .
گلاب و زعفران وقتی اضافه میشه طبق ویدئو حتما باید موادتون دما ملایم ببینه که آب
اضافی بخار بشه
مدام هم بزنید که ثعلب ته نشین نشه
حتما بعد حرارت دادن بذارین خنک بشه و بعد طبق ویدئو داخل فریزر بگذارید و بعد یک ساعت از فریزر خارج کنید و هم بزنید و دوباره داخل فریزر بگذارید و این مرحله رو ۶ بار تکرار کنید
برای من تو ۶ ساعت آماده شد اگر حس میکنید این فرایند هم زدن بازم زمان نیاز داره حتما بهش زمان بدید
به جای پسته از گردو هم میتونید استفاده کنید .
