Think you're fit? Try this 5-minute HIIT challenge. This is a rapid-fire circuit designed to test your mental and physical limits. We are combining the most difficult cardio machines in the gym—the Assault Bike and the Ski Ergometer—with explosive bodyweight moves like High Jump Rope and Mountain Climbers.
The goal is to maintain maximum intensity for the entire duration. There is very little rest involved, only active recovery like Walking and Stepping on the Spot.
