The reality is that much of our behavior is conditioned by the environment in which we were raised and the experiences we have had throughout our lives. This conditioning shapes our beliefs, values, and perceptions, often to such an extent that we are not even aware of it.

In my latest blog video, I discuss how this conditioning can limit our ability to make free choices and determine our own destiny. The degree to which we are conditioned is the degree to which we are not free.
