This is Day 0 of my ADHD fitness journey.
I'm about 260 pounds. Haven't worked out consistently in years. I have ADHD.
15 years ago, I crushed P90X and was in the best shape of my life. Then my ADHD brain couldn't handle the routine anymore.
This time? I'm designing fitness FOR my ADHD brain, not forcing my brain into neurotypical programs.
🎯 What's different this time:
Novelty over repetitive routines
Immediate rewards over long-term goals only
Simple systems that work WITH executive dysfunction
Flexibility when I forget the plan (adapt, don't quit)
This is a 30-Day ADHD Fitness Challenge. I'm documenting everything - the struggles, failures, and wins.
