Ingredients-
Minced Chicken (kheema)- 500 gms
2 chopped onions
1 tomato
3 green chillis
10 garlic cloves
½ tsp turmeric
3 tsp agri red chilli powder
2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1.5 tsp garam masala powder
Chopped coriander
Salt oil
Pav
Method-
Heat oil, put green chillis. Add chooped onions and fry till it becomes slight brown. Add chopped tomato. Cook till it becomes soft.add garlic ginger. Mix. add all masalas. Add chicken minced and mix.add salt . cover with lid and cook for 10 to 15 mins. once done add chopped coriander.
Serve with pav,chopped onion and slice of lime.
