In this episode of Money Matters, I counsel a 30-year-old single mom struggling with mounting debts and financial responsibilities. She earns ₹55,000 monthly but has expenses totaling ₹65,000, including a home loan EMI, credit card debt, and a personal loan. With a 4-year-old daughter and parents depending on her, she's trapped in a cycle of borrowing that's becoming unmanageable.

This episode highlights how assets should support us during difficult times and why emotional attachments to property can sometimes prevent financial recovery. It's a powerful reminder that sometimes the most difficult decisions are the ones that lead to true financial freedom.
