A colorful, healthy and delicious snack made with beetroot, potato and paneer — these kebabs are packed with flavor, nutrition and protein!
Perfect for kids' tiffin, evening snack, or even as a party starter!
फक्त काही मिनिटांत तयार होणारा हा बीटचा हेल्दी कबाब – दिसायलाही सुंदर आणि खायलाही पौष्टिक 😍
🍽️ *Ingredients (साहित्य):*
2 medium-sized boiled beetroot (२ मध्यम आकाराचे उकडलेले बीट)
1 medium-sized boiled potato (१ मध्यम आकाराचा उकडलेला बटाटा)
Capsicum / Shimla mirchi (as per choice) (शिमला मिरची - आवडीनुसार)
Paneer (as per choice) (पनीर - आवडीनुसार)
Red chili powder (तिखट - चवीनुसार)
Salt (मीठ - चवीनुसार)
Turmeric (हळद)
¼ tsp coriander powder (¼ टीस्पून धने पावडर)
¼ tsp cumin powder (¼ टीस्पून जिरे पावडर)
Sesame seeds – for topping (तीळ – सजावटीसाठी)
4 to 5 tsp rice flour (४ ते ५ टीस्पून तांदळाचं पीठ)
👩🍳 *Steps (कृती):*
1️⃣ Grate boiled beetroot, potatoes and paneer in a bowl.
(उकडलेलं बीट, बटाटा आणि पनीर किसून घ्या.)
2️⃣ Add chopped shimla mirchi, red chili powder, salt, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder and rice flour.
(चिरलेली शिमला मिरची, तिखट, मीठ, हळद, धने-जिरे पावडर आणि तांदळाचं पीठ घाला.)
3️⃣ Mix everything well and make kebabs of your preferred shape.
(सगळं नीट मिसळून कबाबचे आकार द्या.)
4️⃣ Pan-fry the kebabs on low flame until golden brown.
(कमी आचेवर पॅनवर कबाब दोन्ही बाजूंनी सोनेरी होईपर्यंत भाजा.)
5️⃣ Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
(वरती तीळ शिंपडा आणि कबाब चटणी किंवा सॉससोबत सर्व्ह करा.)
