Windows 11 2025 Update (Version 25H2) - What's New?

Описание: The Windows 11 2025 Update (version 25H2, build 26200.6584) is here! Unlike last year's 23H2 to 24H2 transition, this is a small enablement package (KB5054156) on top of 24H2, so will install very quickly. However, it doesn't have a lot of features in it.

Despite the lack of major additions, one feature IT and those of you who despise inbox apps will love is a new "remove default Microsoft Store packages" group policy that makes it easy to remove inbox apps and stop them from appearing on new user accounts. Windows PowerShell 2.0 and WMIC, both old deprecated features, are also being removed. Version 25H2 will also enable gradual rollout features from the last year or so for those of you who still do not have them for whatever reason.

Note that while the two parts of the group policy demo were recorded at different times, the same apps were checked for both recordings, so there isn't any inconsistency.
