Dry papapya- 1 tbsp
Dry Pineapple - 1 tbsp
Black/Yellow resins - 1 tbsp
Cranberries - 1 tbsp
Tutti fruty - 1 tbsp
Grated ginger - 1 tsp
Almonds, cashes, walnuts - 1 tbsp
(Skip any of the above ingredient if unavailable)

Caramalized jaggery syrup:
Jaggery- 1 cup
Water - 1/4 cup

Wet Ingredients:
Orange juice- 1/2 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Oil - 1/4 cup
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp

Dry Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 2 cups
Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp
Ginger powder - 1 tsp
Nutmeg powder - 1 tsp

Bake in pan - Preheat pan and bake for 45-50 mins
Bake in oven - Preheat oven and bake at 180° for 45-50 mins
