This is a 25 minute modified ashtanga class. We will go through the primary series, holding each posture for 3 breaths (instead of the typical 5!). Expect Sun Salutations, most of the standing series postures, and a few seated, followed with a short savasana. Perfect for anyone short on time, looking for a guided ashtanga class!
If you are new to yoga, this is the perfect style to begin with. Come back to this video and practice the postures consistently. Be patient, and enjoy the process of opening up your body! Do the best you can, and over time, you will notice a difference!
