Having trouble charging your Bob and Brad C2 massage gun? You're not alone. In this quick video, I explain why the charger might not work and show you the correct type of charger to use.

I troubleshoot why my Bob and Brad C2 massage gun wouldn't charge at first, but the massage gun started charging correctly when I used a different charger, a Type-A to Type-C charger.

If you're having trouble charging your massage gun, make sure you're using the right type of charger. From my experience, the Bob and Brad C2 massage gun requires a Type-A to Type-C charger, not a Type-C to Type-C charger.
