उन्हाळ्याच्या सुट्ट्या लागल्या की घरी, दिवसभर पोरांचा गोंगाटा असतो. मग रोजची पोळी भाजी खायला नको वाटते. आधी मधी चमचमीत खाण्याची इच्छा होते. सध्या कोबीचा सीजन सुरु आहे. आपण कोबीपासून अनेक पदार्थ बनवतो. काही लहान मुलांना कोबीची भाजी आवडत नाही. त्यांच्यासाठी खास विकेंडला हॉटेलस्टाईल घरच्या घरी मंचुरियन बनवू शकता. आजकालच्या मुलांना मंचुरियन फार आवडतात. चायनीज लहानग्यांपासून थोरा मोठ्यांपर्यंत सगळ्यांना आवडते.

चायनीजमधील मुख्य पदार्थ मंचुरियन हा खूप फेमस आहे. मंचुरियन चवीला उत्तम व कुरकुरीत लागतात. घरी बनवत असताना हॉटेलची चव मंचुरियनला येत नाही. काही मंचुरियन कुरकुरीत नसून मऊ पडतात, तर काहींचे मंचुरियन कडक बनतात. मंचुरियन बनवणे सोपे जरी वाटत असले तरी बनवणे अवघड आहे. योग्य प्रमाणात सामान, यासह बनवण्याची पद्धत माहित असणे गरजेचं. आपल्याला झटपट मंचुरियन बनवायचे असेल तर ही रेसिपी खास तुमच्यासाठी..

Recipe Ingredients:
1. Cauliflower/cabbage - Grated 2 cups
2. Green chilli -2
3. Onion-1 medium size
4.Capsicum -1 medium size
5. Garlic cloves - 4
6.Ginger garlic paste -1/2 tsp
7.All purpose flour (maida)- 3 tbsp
8. Corn Flour - 2 tbsp
9.Rice flour -1 tbsp
10.Tomato ketchup -1/2 tbsp
11.Green chutney or green chilli sauce -1 tbsp
12. Red chilly Sauce -1 tbsp
13.Schezwan Sauce 1.5 tbsp
14.Red chilli powder -1 tbsp
15.Garam Masala -1/2 tsp
16. Vinegar 1 tsp
17. Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
18. Cooking oil
19. Salt to taste
