If you are looking for a fun way to build a sense of pride and community in your educational setting (for any age groups) then Team Tasking could be just the thing for you.
6 times a year Alex Horne sets a team task for groups to attempt, in schools or wherever they might be. Large groups of students will work in teams to complete the tasks to try and impress their own Taskmasters.
They could work in house teams, tutor groups, classes, phases, or clubs to approach the tasks. Ideally, the groups would be given 20-30 minutes to complete the tasks, but they could be allowed more time to plan a good attempt.
By taking part in Team Tasking the main benefits are developing teamwork and building a sense of community and pride in your setting.
The first Team Task will be posted on September 1st 2024.
