Both Viviana Presutti (born in Turin on May 28, 1972) and Simone Pastore (born in Taranto on September 20, 1971), attended the University of Turin: Biological Sciences for her and Pharmacy for him. Their entrance to BlissCo. was born out of a passion for music. In fact, the two have behind them several years of piano study and previous artistic experiences.
The first product of the group was the aforementioned Let Me Be, among other things also the first unpublished successful single produced by Bliss which allows the newborn record company to expand and to assume a certain credibility with national and international radio stations. international. Composed in September 1993 and published in February 1994, it sold forty thousand copies in Italy, immediately followed by Take My Way, in April, and Stay with Me, in September. All three pieces immediately met with huge success in the Italian and European charts, in particular Stay with Me, which reached the top of the Italian singles chart, but also Let Me Be, which was launched by Albertino from the frequencies of Radio Deejay , thus obtaining a baptism of all respect. From that moment, Da Blitz rode the wave of success, performing, among other things, live in various European and foreign locations.
If the first three songs (in addition to the remix Movin' On (Puertorico RMX)) saw the collaboration of Jeffrey Jey for the male rap part and the related lyrics and Domenico Capuano as co-arranger, the subsequent songs were totally created by the duo, Vivian as the author of the text and composer of the melodic line and Simone as the composer of the chords and arranger, while the remixes of the songs were always edited by Simone and supported by a still little-known disc jockey Gabry Ponte.
In 1995 the singles Movin' On and Take Me Back were released, which marked a new phase in the production of the group, with the intensification of the BPM in a more progressive configuration, although Movin' On had been composed months earlier, in order to allow the duo a thirty minute performance during their first European promotional tour. These songs too soon reached the top of the Italian and foreign charts, as well as I Believe, which was released in 1996.
