This fan was discarded because it would no longer oscillate. The head also swung freely back and forth.
I glued the post that holds the oscillating arm back on to the fan and gave the fan to a new owner who had posted that they were looking for a fan.. These instructions are for the new owner, since the arm should be hooked up once the fan is in place to keep it from breaking again.
