“One of my favorite features of Housecall Pro is the recurring service plan. Not only does it bring in consistent revenue for the company, but it also allows us to build a trusting relationship with our current clients.

It allows us to keep our employees busy during the slower season, which might be spring or fall. The phone might not be ringing as much. We're able to call them and remind them that they have an AC tuneup but needs to be addressed before the summer months. Our employees also get to make a commission for the sale and so if they go out and they sell a service partner plan, which is really easy to do with the Housecall Pro app.

The employees are happy. The customer is going to be happy cause we're going to remind them of their AC tuneup. We also additional benefits only available to customers on our recurring service plans. Such as 10% off any additional services. We're going to reduce their diagnostic fee. They're also going to get first in line in the summer.”
