2 tablespoons honey

Instructions:
1) Chop all the strawberries.
2) Add to a blender with the maple syrup and blend until all lumps have gone.
3) Add to a saucepan on a high heat until bubbling.
4) Add the gelatine and honey, turn down heat to simmer and whisk to combine.
5) Cook for 5 – 10 minutes whisking regularly.
6) Add to silicone mould and put in the fridge, mine were ready in an hour.
7) Store in a container to keep fresh.
