Degi Palak Gosht
Ingredients:
Mutton 400 gm
Spinach 1-1/2 kg
Onion 1
Coriander ½ bunch
Cumin 1tsp
White pepper 1tsp
Red chili powder 1tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Salt as required
Whole red chilies 8-10
Milk 1cup
Clarified butter ¾ cup
All spice 1tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Green chilies 1tbsp
Ginger 1tbsp
Coriander seeds 1-1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1tsp
Dried fenugreek 1tsp
Tomatoes 2
Cream 2tbsp
Yogurt as required
Method:
Wash the spinach with fresh coriander, green chilies and water. Boil it for 15-20 minutes. Then strain and set aside. Now grind it. Then heat 4 tbsp clarified butter and cook Spinach. Now add milk and cook until the milk gets dry. Then heat clarified butter and fry the onion. Now add mutton, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, white pepper, dried fenugreek and cumin. Also add boiled chopped tomatoes and yogurt. Cook well. Then add water and cook until the mutton is cooked. Now add spinach and whole red chilies. Lastly add cumin powder, all spice powder and 2 tbsp cream, ginger and coriander seeds. Cover and cook well for about 15 minutes. Serve hot.

Oats and Dates Shake
Ingredients:
Dates 8-10
Oats ½ cup
Brown sugar ½ cup
Milk 2 cups
Cream 4 tbsp
Almond powder 2 tbsp
Ice as required
Method:
All ingredients blend in a blender then pour in glass and serve it.

Pizza Rolls (House of Samrah)
Ingredients For Filling:
Boiled chicken 1 cup
Pizza sauce 4 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese ¾ cup
Chopped onion 1
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Thai chili sauce 2 tbsp
Chopped capsicum 1
Thyme, oregano ¾ tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Roll sheets as required
Oil for frying
Method:
Heat oil in a wok, fry chopped onion until golden brown. Also add chopped capsicum, pizza sauce, Thai chili sauce, chicken, red chili flakes, thyme and oregano. Mix well and allow it to cool. Then add mozzarella cheese. Now add the filling in the roll sheets and fry in a hot oil until golden brown.
