Here I will spend quality time browsing.
Then need to grab a quick bite - caffeine killed my appetite.
Last stop is a quick trip to Asda before concluding this long day.

This vlog is meant to help with overcoming instant gratification from social media, due short video becoming very popular and continuous scrolling, by delivering a slower story. I edited the clips to be a tad bit longer than usual, trying to train our attention span to become better, not skip or fast forward to get to the 'action'.
Life isn't full of 'action' moment, but a build up of slow moments that stick in our brain and we can remember.
Not everyone will be able to get to the end of the vlogs, but it's OK.
