This is a quick tutorial on a basic floor movement from the Brazilian Martial art of Capoeira.
This is not by any means a fully comprehensive tutorial, just one potential way to do the movement. Once understood, it can have many applications and variations.
Disclaimer: I am not a capoeira instructor, just a student and this is my perspective on one way to do the move. Capoeira is a complex art, so I suggest attending some classes to learn more about it.
