This is the 5th video in our small 11 video mini-series about a simple hand release technique we teach beginners in our school. Marc and I explain Biu Fak Sao - a technique which actually is a mixture of Fak Sao and Biu Tze Sao. The resulting movement is somewhat a cutting movement we call (in our school) Biu Fak Sao - which is a technique from set 10 of the Biu Tze form.
The entire technique is - as already explained in the first video - quite complex. That is clear. There are much easier and faster ways to free the hand. But the sequence of techniques is very well suited to give beginners a certain overview of the working method in Wing Chun as well as of concepts, principles, forms, etc. And that's the point here!
