This video is a log of my daily workouts. This is not an exercise tutorial or advice. If you want to start your own exercise routine, please contact your healthcare provider beforehand. (Just in case people don’t know, IF in our community is the abbreviation for intermittent fasting)
I wanted to create this channel to show my life since becoming a dedicated IFer and what my daily workouts typically look like. But like I said this is just to hopefully inspire people to look into the IF lifestyle and maybe think about how to develop their own workout routine.
I’ve been a dedicated IFer since this past February. I wanted to try and find something that would work better for me rather than eating diet food all the time. I discovered this lifestyle and it’s changed my life. I started out with the basic 16:8 for a couple of months and now I will typically do OMADs, TMADs and MADFs quite often.
I’m going to try and upload videos weekly and eventually (if I get comfortable enough) I’ll start narrating my videos so I can connect with my community a little deeper.
