Bakery Style Pav recipe at home. This is very authentic recipe that tastes very similar to the pavs we buy from the bakery. It is very soft and delicious. It included no eggs.
Ingredients are :
Yeast - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Salt - 2/3 pinches
Maida - 1/2 kgs or 500 grams
Oil - as required (butter can also be used)
