All in-game voicelines of the Smith Syndicate, including Young Harman, cut content, and TV voicelines. Unfortunately, since all game cutscenes are pre-rendered animations, there is no way to extract the raw voice data.
Interestingly, the names used for the voice files aren't one-to-one with the character's true names. Most different is Con, whose files are labelled sePcCat.ssm, while old Harman is sePcHac and young is sePcHay. A third Harman file exists, sePcHal, but contains only the powerup sfx. Garcian is under sePcGal. The rest are simply abbreviated versions of their actual names. The TV voicelines are in their own file, seTv, and are unlabelled, though lines are grouped by character.
Extracted from the GAMECUBE version using DOLPHIN and FOOBAR2000.
