ATTN: Habersham District Attorneys Office. Filing a privacy complaint on a story that was gathered from a public space could land the office in a federal lawsuit. Supreme Court has ruled that there is no privacy while in public. Therefore, the staff being public officials and in the course of their duties are subject to criticism and being photographed for news purposes.

Try to submit a public records request here and it could have deputies called on you for feeling staff feeling harassed. Such shame and distain the way staff represented the Mountain Judicial Circuit. The Habersham County Sheriff's Office appeared to not be well educated in the oath he swore to uphold.
