We work one side at a time, with standing & mat-based exercises, allowing the muscles to reach fatigue before switching. This approach builds strength, improves balance and control, and delivers serious sculpt without rushing. Take breaks when needed and modify equipment anytime—this class is meant to challenge you, NOT break you.
