How To GROW LONG HEALTHY HAIR / Quick Tips

This is especially true for postmenopausal women. *Some of my other tips for growing long, healthy hair include turning down the heat on hair dryers and styling tools, use a satin scrunchie to put hair up loosely while sleeping and to sleep on a satin pillowcase (in addition to only trimming the bare ends of hair when it gets uneven and using products to keep the hair hydrated so it reduces breakage)
