A traditional British fish and chip shop is coming soon to Spokane.
Twiggy’s Fish and Chips is planned to open in early 2026 at 1505 N. Ash St, just northwest of downtown.
Here’s what to know so far:
✅ Locally owned by a Spokane resident originally from Manchester, England
✅ Traditional cod and chips with homemade batter
✅ Hand-cut chips, sausages, mushy peas, curry sauce, and classic sides
✅ Opening targeted for February–March 2026
✅ Located in a reused former car dealership building
As Spokane’s restaurant scene continues to diversify, this adds another unique, locally driven concept to the mix.
