This is a new build of Cine Designer for Cinema 4D Physical that allows you to control the exposure of the camera using ISO, Fstop, Shutter and use photometric data on the lights. Diffusion also works pretty well.

Remember to use Physical Render with Global Illumination Set to QMC / QMC and it should work fine.
