Good Friday Tenebrae/Holden-Prayer-Around-the-Cross service led a few years ago at First Presbyterian Church of Aurora, recorded at home during the Coronavirus shelter-in-place mandate.
This service is very meditative, reading through Jesus' last moments and death as told in the gospel of Mark, and responding with short prayers and song phrases. Following the Tenebrae tradition, seven candles are lit at the beginning, and one by one extinguished as the story is told.
