The PO team of PP Subroto Park, PS Delhi Cantt., South West District has done a commendable work by arresting one PO namely Ajay Kumar Mehto S/o Sh. Heera Lal Mehto R/o Vill. Shankardih, PS Taraiya, Distt. Saran, Bihar, Age-31 years.
INCIDENT, TEAM & ARREST:-
Keeping in view the pending cases of proclaimed offenders who are evading the process of law & as per the directions of senior officers, on 12.01.2023, the PO team of PP Subroto park, PS Delhi Cantt. Comprising HC Kuldeep Singh & Ct Rajesh arrested an accused namely Ajay Kumar Mehto S/o Sh. Heera Lal Mehto R/o Vill. Shankardih, PS Taraiya, Distt. Saran, Bihar, Age-31 years. He was declared PO in a case FIR No. 206/2019 U/s 12/9/55 Gambling Act, PS Delhi Cantt. by the Hon’ble Court of Sh. Tushar Gupta, Ld MM, Patiala House Court, New Delhi on 12.10.2022.
The accused is being produced before the Hon’ble Court.
