Joseph Quinlan, Chief Market Strategist at Bank of America, discussed the ongoing negotiations between the EU and the U.S. on a Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP). If successful, TTIP would be the biggest bilateral trade deal ever negotiated. Mr. Quinlan will assess the prospects of concluding a comprehensive agreement and its possible implications for EU-U.S. relations. He will also address the potential impact of TTIP on Ireland.
