FOR MAKING VAJA MASALA:-

 a.Coriander -150gm b.cumin-75gm c.Dried chilli-50gm

Fry well in a pan well.Do not add oil.Be sure not to get burned. cool it and grined in a mixer grinder. Put it in a airtight container.

FOR MAKING CINNAMON MASALA:-

a.Cinnamon-50gm b. Nutmeg- 4 piece c. Jayatri-10gm d.Pepper-10gm

fry it for a very short time.Do not add oil. Then grined it well and put it in a airtight container.
