वाटण्याची भाजी or matar kurma bhaji is a very tasty and healthy vegetable recipe which can be cooked within 30 minutes only, generally, we make matar korma recipe during the winter season as we get fresh green peas during this season and the green peas curry tastes very delicious. Matar korma is also called vatanyachi bhaji in Marathi. So, let’s see how to make this वाटण्याची भाजी which is a Marathi recipe.
Ingredients for वाटण्याची भाजी:
1 Bowl fresh green peas
5 Medium to big tomatoes
2 tbsp oil
¾ tsp Cumin seeds / Jeera
9 garlic petals coarse Paste
1 ½ inch ginger paste
2 green chilies
1 big onion finely chopped
¼ tsp Haldi powder
1 ½ tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder/dhania powder
Salt as per taste
Sugar as per taste (optional)
1 tsp garam masala
Finely chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp desi ghee
