Polycarbonate (PC)‌, as one of the five major engineering plastics, is widely used in electronics, automotive, optical instruments, construction materials, and other fields due to its exceptional properties—high strength, excellent light transmittance, impact resistance, and heat resistance. The transformation from rigid PC raw materials into fine, uniform powder is achieved through precision grinding machines, enabling the full maximization of PC material's value.

Process flow:
1. Feeding Stage: Polycarbonate particles are fed into the machine through a controlled feeding system, which ensures a steady and uniform supply of raw materials. The feeding speed is adjustable to match the crushing capacity, preventing material blockage and ensuring stable operation.

2. High-Speed Crushing: The core crushing chamber is equipped with high-strength alloy blades that rotate at extremely high speeds (up to thousands of revolutions per minute). When polycarbonate particles enter the chamber, they are subjected to intense impact and shearing forces from the rotating blades, which break the particles into smaller fragments.

3. Precision Sorting: After crushing, the mixture of powder and uncrushed particles is sent to a sorting system. A 40-mesh screen is used to separate the qualified powder from larger particles; the qualified 40-mesh PC powder passes through the screen and is collected as the final product, while the uncrushed particles are returned to the crushing chamber for reprocessing, ensuring full utilization of raw materials and consistent product fineness.

4. Cooling and Collection: To prevent heat buildup from affecting the PC powder’s properties, the machine is equipped with a cooling system (either air-cooled or water-cooled) that maintains the crushing chamber at an optimal temperature. The collected 40-mesh PC powder is stored in a sealed container to avoid moisture absorption and contamination, ensuring its purity and usability as a plastic filler.
