With its stylized figures and bold, rhythmic forms, Solidarity embodies the idealistic spirit of late Soviet monumental art. Today, the site is often referred to as the "Brutal KFC", a nickname born from the striking contrast between the utopian Soviet relief and the fast-food chain now occupying the ground floor.
