How to get to New Austin as Arthur as early as Chapter 2 using the Carcass Shield Method. Keep the head hidden from the camera and don't make any sudden movements. Watch out for lawmen because if they see you Pinkertons will respawn. You have 1 in-game day before the carcass gets decomposed and you'll get shot.
