Regarding the rapid development of touch rugby in Hong Kong and the need of advancing the coaching competence in school and touch rugby community, our team in Department of Health and Physical Education at the Education University of Hong Kong take an initiation to:
1. produce an online resource pack for teachers to teach touch rugby in secondary school
2. promote the use of this online resource pack in touch rugby community including clubs and youth national team

This online resource pack includes a series of video demonstration on advanced skill and tactical training. Selected scientific findings related to touch rugby have been shared and updated according to the need of teachers and coaches. We expect teachers and coaches that could learn the latest and advanced skills and knowledge from it.
