What is a Thruhike of the Natchez Trace National Scenic Trail?

Описание: The Natchez Trace National Scenic Trail is a hard trail to follow. There do not seem to be any defined blazes. It is five sections that are only connected via road. So what exactly is a thruhike of the Natchez Trace Trail? Hiking the 86 miles and the 444 mile road, or just the 86 miles of trail? Let me know your thoughts in the comments.

We are Stick the Eagle (“Stick” for short) and in 2024 we thru hiked the Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Katahdin in 146 days. It was an incredible journey, where we strengthened self, each other, and our connection to the wilderness. Now we are leaning into where God calls us to be in this moment.
