Описание: Today we're at Hillmorton waiting for the locks to reopen at 10am, but before we cruise, there's something we urgently need to do, and that's the weed hatch. The old weed hatch seal has completely perished and is pretty much useless now, as it doesn't do its one job of keeping water out! But it's Sunday, no chandlers are open to get a proper weed hatch seal, so we need to find something and fast that we can use to temporarily reseal the hatch, otherwise its journey's end, as the North Oxford canal closes in a few days, thanks to lack of water, so its now or never! If we get it fixed me, Mum and Dad need to cruise about 25 miles to the next lock flight, ready for tomorrow at Atherstone!
