Cao Bang in the harvesting season is the most beautiful. The land vibrates with colors. I see a lot of people working on the field and decide to join in. It is my first time to experience a farmer's work, and it's much harder than it looks. It is also the first time I use mud for cooking, and it is a fantastic experience too. This cooking technique is often used by farmers when they work long hours in the field. The chicken cooked perfectly; all of the juice is kept tightly inside the chicken, and make it incredibly delicious.
