Lost your Pin or forgotten. Can not reset freesat box without it and can not get full on demand. Go to Settings---System Information then on your remote press the red button then green yellow blue green yellow blue and you will have access to change pin reset to 0000.
Hope this helps, you will have to reimput any infor that you wish as before.
