Steps to do
1.Manually change resolution to 21:9 in option text file. You need to do this because if you go beyond 1080p with in game setting the game will just crash.
Option text file is located at.
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Command & Conquer 3 Kane's Wrath\Profiles\Name\Options.ini
or at Documents\Command & Conquer 3 Kane's Wrath, if you ran the game as Admin.
Find the line "resolution = xxxx xxxx".
Set it to your native resolution, "resolution = 3440 1440" for example.
2. Use this custom map to enable ability to zoom out more.

Puts the map at GameSaveFolder\Maps\!RemoveZoomLimits
(GameSaveFolder is the same as in step 1)
Play this map once every time you open the game and it will send you back to menu and voila! Play the game normally.
