Ingredients
1 Medium-sized Pumpkin - Cored to remove the seeds inside
2 Tablespoons - Vegetable Oil
400g - Boiled Macaroni
50g - Butter
10g - White Onions - Chopped
2 Stalks - Fresh Thyme
400ml - Whipping Cream
200g - Emmenthal Cheese - Cut into small pieces/strips
40g - Parmesan Cheese

To Taste - Salt
To Taste - White Pepper Powder
To Garnish - English/ Italian Parsley
To Garnish - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
