Residual chlorine refers to the effective chlorine remaining in water after chlorination. It is an important indicator for evaluating disinfection efficiency and is directly related to the safety of drinking water, swimming pool water quality, and the management of industrial circulating water. However, excessive residual chlorine can pose potential health risks. Therefore, accurately measuring the residual chlorine content in water is essential.

Our residual chlorine sensor (model: RS-CL-N01-3-*-EX) uses a three-electrode system, offering high measurement accuracy, long service life, and minimal calibration requirements. It can accurately measure the concentration of hypochlorous acid and hypochlorite ions in water. This sensor features a built-in advanced non-membrane constant voltage system, which does not require membrane or reagent replacement. It provides continuous, dynamic monitoring of residual chlorine in real time, ensuring stable and accurate online measurements.

The sensor housing is fully sealed in a single-piece design, making it completely waterproof with a protection rating of IP68. In addition, the reference electrode uses a double salt bridge design, providing stronger resistance to contamination and enabling operation in harsh underwater monitoring conditions. The product supports RS485 output and can be used with our portable water quality analyzer.
