Spring Roll/Aloo Samosa

ingredients
Spring Roll Recipe
Oil 3-4tbsp
Green onion 1/2cup
Chicken julienne cut 1/2cup
Cabbage 2cup
Capism 1/2cup julienne cut
Carrot 1/2cup julienne cut
Soy sauce 2tbsp
Chili sauce 1tbsp
White Vinegar 1tbsp
Salt 1/2tsp to taste
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Chicken powder 1tbsp
Tomato Ketchup 3-4tbsp
Roll sheet as required
Oil as required
Description
Take a pan now add oil to it and add green onion chicken mix everything well cook it till it changes color now add white vinegar soy sauce chili sauce salt chicken powder black pepper red chili flakes mix everything well add tomato ketchup in ti mix everything well when the vegetables are soft and cooked.
keep it aside to cool take a roll sheet add chicken vegetable filling make a roll add flour mixture and seal well make and freeze one month.
Deep fry until crispy Crunchy golden and then sever with tomato ketchup and mint chutney.
Aloo/potato Samosa Recipe
ingredients
Boiled Aloo/potato 1/2kg
Chicken powder 1tbsp
Salt 1tsp or to taste
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
Garam msala powder 1tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Green Coriander leaves as required
Mint leaves as required
Samosa sheet as required
Take a bowl add boli potato mash the potato well with the help of a masher and add chicken powder Garam msala powder red chili flakes salt coriander powder Mint leave coriander leaves mix everything well take a sheet of Samosa now put the Samosa shape and the flour mixture and seal well Samosa is ready.
make this and freeze it for one month deep fry in oil cook until crispy golden.
sever with tomato ketchup and mint chutney.
Mint Chutney Recipe
Green Coriander leaves 1cup
Green mint leaves 1/2cup
Green chili 1-2
Lemon juice 2-3tbsp
Water 2-3tbsp as required
Description
In a blender add washed coriander leaves and mint leaves green chili lemon juice water and blend for five minutes.
Chutney is ready freeze for one to two minutes.
