[제사 후 나오는 황태포가 쌓여서 소진 위해 최소재료로 만든 레시피입니다.
두 마리 손질하면 100g 정도가 나와서 거기에 맞춰 계량했어요.
결국, 냉동고 황태포는 다 먹어버려 황태채를 사와 찍었어요^^
[재료]
황태채 100g
고추장 40g, 꿀 40g, 맛간장 10g,
참기름 10g, 미림 80g, 통깨약간
리얼큐브 다진 청양고추 1~3개(취향껏, 없으면 고춧가루로 매운맛을 조절해주세요.)
opt) 황태채에 뿌릴 물 약간
*저는 물을 뿌리지 않고 바로 볶아서 만들지만, 딱딱한 것이 싫으신 경우 물을 촉촉하게 뿌려 부드럽게 만든 후 볶아주세요.
[Ingredients]
100g of dried pollack
40g of red pepper paste, 40g of honey, 10g of soy sauce,
10g of sesame oil, 80g of mirim, some sesame seeds.
1~3 pieces of real cube minced cheongyang red pepper (to your taste, if you don't have it, adjust the spicy taste with chili powder).)
A little bit of water for the dried pollack.
1. Cut the dried pollack into 2~3cm pieces. Tear it with your hands or cut it with scissors.
2. Stir-fry dried pollack right away.
If you like moist things, spray water to moisten the dried pollack and let it sit for about 20 minutes.
3.Make the sauce.
Add red pepper paste, honey, sesame oil, and soy sauce and mix them well. If you like spicy taste, add real cube minced cheongyang red pepper or fine red pepper powder according to your preference.
4. Add 3T of oil to the pan and add dried pollack when the oil heats up. When bubbles come up, add dried pollack and stir-fry as crispy as possible.
5.Push aside the crispy stir-fried dried pollack and pour the sauce into the empty space.
6. When the sauce's big foam becomes smaller and boils up, add stir-fried dried pollack and stir-fry it so that the sauce permeates well.
7. Lastly, add sesame seeds and mix them.
