अफ़ग़ानिस्तान पर पाकिस्तान के हमले को मिलिटरी रणनीति के जानकार कोई आम युद्ध नहीं बता रहे। कई वॉर एक्सपर्ट मानते हैं कि ये साफ़ दिखा रहा है कि पाकिस्तान को फिर से आर्मी ही पूरी तरह चला रही है। यानी आसिम मुनीर ही चला रहे हैं। नहीं तो दुनिया में जब इतनी बड़ी जंग छिड़ी हुई है और तेल गैस का संकट खड़ा है उस माहौल में पाकिस्तान ने अफ़ग़ानिस्तान में हमला क्यों कर दिया? जब पहले ही महंगाई और ग़रीबी झेल रहा हो देश और तेल की क़ीमतों में आग लग रही हो तो कौनसा ऐसा देश ख़ुद ही नई जंग छेड़ देगा? जानकारों का मानना है कि ये और कुछ नहीं है ये क्लासिक मिलिटरी रणनीति है जिसको कहते हैं डायवर्ज़नरी वॉर थ्योरी। डायवर्ज़नरी वॉर वो जनरल छेड़ता है जो सब तरफ़ से घिर जाता है और चारों तरफ़ की आग से निकलने का उसको कोई और रास्ता नहीं दिखता। क्योंकि जो एक दो साल से जो आसिम मुनीर सारी तिकड़म भिड़ा रहे थे वो सारी तिकड़म तो फ़ेल हो गई थी। फ़ेल क्या हो गई थी, उनके गले की फांस बन गई थी। पहले पाकिस्तान के बारे में कहा जाता था कि पाकिस्तान को तीन A चलाते हैं। कौनसे तीन A? अल्लाह, अमेरिका और आर्मी। और अब तीन और A का फंदा खड़ा हो गया है A फ़ॉर आसिम मुनीर के सामने। ये नए तीन A हैं, अरब, आयतुल्लाह और अफ़ग़ान। सितंबर 2025 में पाकिस्तान ने सऊदी अरब के साथ रक्षा पैक्ट साइन कर लिया था। और उसमें ये था कि किसी एक पर हमला हुआ तो दूसरे पर भी हमला माना जाएगा, यानी बिलकुल NATO जैसा। सऊदी अरब को तो कह रखा था आप टेंशन ना लो, कोई हमला होगा तो हम हमला कर देंगे। लेकिन ये थोड़े ही सोचा था कि ईरान कर देगा हमला। और वो भी इतनी जल्दी ये दिन आ जाएगा। अगर पाकिस्तान ईरान के खिलाफ खुलकर लड़ाई में उतरा तो घर में दंगे-फसाद होने का ख़तरा है। इसके अलावा बलूचिस्तान का मसला है। जो बॉर्डर है ईरान का उस साइड ईरान का बलूचिस्तान है। इधर पाकिस्तान का बलूचिस्तान है, उस तरफ़ ईरान का बलूचिस्तान है। अगर ईरान पर कुछ भी किया पाकिस्तान में तो उस साइड से बलोच विद्रोही खड़े हो सकते हैं। पहले ही वो अपने बलोच विद्रोहियों से परेशान है। औऱ बड़ी बात तो ये कि ईरान से अच्छे रिश्ते टूटे तो पाकिस्तान की इकोनॉमी और खराब हो जाएगी। व्यापार होता है, तेल आता है उधर से, गैस आती है। अगर सऊदी अरब बोले कि ईरान के ख़िलाफ़ खड़े होकर हमारा साथ दो, तब फंसेगा ईरान के साथ और अगर नहीं खड़ा होता है तो सऊदी अरब के साथ फंसेगा। और ईरान और सऊदी अरब में क्यों ये सिचुएशन आई?

Military strategists do not view Pakistan's attack on Afghanistan as an ordinary act of war. Many war experts believe that this clearly demonstrates that Pakistan is once again being run entirely by the military—specifically, by Asim Munir. Otherwise, at a time when a major global conflict is already underway and a severe oil and gas crisis looms, why would Pakistan launch an attack on Afghanistan? When a nation is already grappling with inflation and poverty, and fuel prices are skyrocketing, what country would voluntarily initiate a new war against itself? Experts contend that this is nothing other than a classic military maneuver known as the "Diversionary War Theory." A diversionary war is typically instigated by a general who finds himself cornered on all fronts and sees no other escape route from the surrounding turmoil. This is because all the machinations Asim Munir had been employing over the past year or two had utterly failed—or rather, they had become a noose tightening around his own neck. It was once said that Pakistan is governed by "three As": Allah, America, and the Army. Now, however, a new snare—comprising three additional "As"—has emerged to confront Asim Munir. These new "three As" are the Arabs, the Ayatollahs, and the Afghans. In September 2025, Pakistan signed a defense pact with Saudi Arabia. The terms of this agreement stipulated that an attack on one party would be deemed an attack on the other—a framework modeled precisely after NATO. Pakistan had assured Saudi Arabia, "Do not worry; if you are attacked, we will launch a counter-attack."
